Our Story
DeckScorer was built in close partnership with Visible Ventures, a cutting-edge venture capital firm that invests across the full spectrum of the startup landscape. That collaboration gave us something most AI tools lack: a deep, ground-level understanding of how investment decisions actually get made.
We saw firsthand that smaller firms face a unique challenge. They review just as many decks as the mega-funds, but with a fraction of the team. Promising startups slip through the cracks not because of poor judgment, but because of bandwidth constraints. DeckScorer was designed to close that gap.
Working alongside the Visible Ventures team, we shaped every feature around real workflows — an AI-powered builder that helps craft scorecards and investment theses through conversation, web intelligence that automatically scrapes founder LinkedIn profiles, social media, and company websites to enrich every analysis, AI deal chat for asking follow-up questions about any scored deck, and inbound deal flow tools that let founders submit decks directly through branded public links. The result is a tool built by investors, for investors.
