What counts as an analysis?
Each unique pitch deck you upload and analyze counts as one analysis — whether uploaded directly or submitted via your inbound deal flow link. Re-analyzing a deck with a different scorecard or updated links counts as an additional analysis. Viewing previous results does not.
What is web intelligence?
When you provide social links (LinkedIn profiles, company pages, Instagram, Twitter/X, websites), DeckScorer automatically scrapes them and feeds the data into the AI analysis. This gives you richer, more informed scoring without manual research.
How does inbound deal flow work?
Create a public scorecard link that founders can use to submit their decks directly to you. Configure which fields they fill out, which results they see, and set score alerts to get notified when high-scoring decks come in.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What file formats do you support?
We currently support PDF files. Support for PowerPoint (.pptx) and Google Slides is coming soon.
Can I buy additional analyses?
Yes! You can purchase a 10-credit top-up pack for $10 at any time. Credits are applied instantly and roll over — unused credits carry forward to future billing cycles until you use them.
How secure is my data?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit via Supabase. Pitch decks are processed securely by our AI to generate your analysis and are never sold or used for marketing purposes. Enterprise customers can request dedicated infrastructure.
What is the AI-powered builder?
The AI builder lets you create investment theses and scorecards through a guided conversation with AI. Describe your strategy, upload existing documents for context, and the AI generates structured frameworks — categories, criteria, point values, and modifiers — that you can refine iteratively before finalizing.
What is AI deal chat?
After scoring a deck, you can chat with AI to ask follow-up questions about the analysis. The AI references the full score breakdown, web intelligence, executive summary, and your scorecard criteria to give informed, contextual answers. Chat history carries across re-analysis versions.
What is company monitoring?
When you follow a company after scoring their deck, DeckScorer automatically rescrapes their web presence — LinkedIn, website, social media — on a regular schedule. You get notified of changes and can opt into a weekly digest email summarizing updates across all followed companies.
